TERMS & CONDITIONS
Steffy White Yoga provides yoga teaching through online and in-person classes, workshops, memberships, teacher training and courses.
By booking, purchasing, accessing or participating in an offering from Steffy White Yoga, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Waiver of Liability
You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in an online or in-person class, workshop, course or other offering provided by Steffy White Yoga.
You understand that yoga and other movement practices may be physically strenuous and carry a risk of physical injury. You participate with full knowledge and awareness of the risks involved.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically able to participate. If you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns about your ability to participate safely, you should seek appropriate professional medical advice before taking part and inform the teacher where appropriate.
You are responsible for listening to your body and choosing whether or not to perform any movement, posture, breathing practice or other technique offered.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steffy White Yoga accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in its classes, courses, workshops or other offerings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
For in-person classes, physical or verbal assists or adjustments may be offered. Please make the teacher aware before or during class if you do not wish to receive physical assists.
For in-person classes and events, you remain responsible for your personal belongings. Steffy White Yoga accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged belongings.
Where classes or workshops are hosted by third-party studios or venues, additional terms and booking conditions imposed by those venues may also apply.
Timetables and Changes
Class schedules, teachers and programme details may occasionally need to change. Steffy White Yoga reserves the right to make reasonable changes to timetables, classes, teachers and programme content where necessary.
Where appropriate, we will endeavour to communicate significant changes to participants.
Bookings, Purchases and Cancellations
Bookings and purchases should be made through steffywhiteyoga.com, Sun Rise Sangha, or the booking and payment platforms used by Steffy White Yoga.
The price, cancellation terms, refund terms and access period applicable to a particular product, membership, course, event or service will be those stated at the time of purchase.
Where an offering is stated to be non-refundable, purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Where we agree, at our discretion, to transfer a booking to another class, event or programme, this does not create an ongoing right to transfers or refunds.
Memberships, including Sun Rise Sangha, are subject to the pricing, billing and cancellation terms displayed when joining. Where a membership is described as “cancel anytime”, cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily result in a refund of amounts already paid. Access will normally continue until the end of the applicable paid billing period.
Nothing in these Terms affects any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Electronic Communications
When you make a booking, purchase a product, create an account or become a member, we may send you electronic communications that are necessary to administer and deliver that service, including booking confirmations, receipts, account information and important service updates.
Marketing communications are handled separately in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Photography and Recording
Photography or video recording may occasionally take place during in-person or live offerings.
Where we intend to use identifiable images or recordings for promotional purposes, we will provide appropriate notice and, where required, obtain consent.
If you do not wish to appear in photography or recordings, please let us know.
Accounts and Access
Certain products and services may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and must not share paid membership or course access with another person unless expressly permitted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where an account is being misused or these Terms are materially breached.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, classes, recordings, videos, courses, written materials, practices and other content provided by Steffy White Yoga are owned by or licensed to Steffy White Yoga and are for your personal use only.
Content may not be copied, recorded, redistributed, resold, published or otherwise commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Website Use
You must not misuse the Steffy White Yoga website or services, attempt to gain unauthorised access to them, introduce malicious software, scrape or systematically extract content, or use our intellectual property without permission.
Our website and services may contain links to third-party websites and platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Steffy White Yoga is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
Privacy
The way we collect, use and protect personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
