What's the Refund Policy?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is due by the date specified for your retreat. If you need to cancel, refunds are available on the second payment up to 12 weeks before the retreat begins. The deposit remains non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that we ever need to cancel a retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made directly to us.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Most people come solo, and our retreats foster a welcoming, open-hearted community. You’ll connect with like-minded souls from the start.
I’m new to yoga — can I still join?
The retreat is open to all levels, however we do ask that you are familiar with sun salutations. Whether you’re a beginner, seasoned yogi or a teacher, our practices are designed to meet you where you are.
What’s the food like?
Our nourishment is what many guests are so positively surprised about. Our food is vibrant, nourishing, and plant-based. Think colorful, seasonal meals made with love - designed to fuel your body and soul. If you have intolerances then just let us know.
Is there much free time?
Yes! There’s plenty of space between practices to rest, explore, journal, or enjoy treatments.
What if I can’t make it at the last minute?
The deposit is non-refundable, but cancellations made before 12 weeks of the start date will receive a refund on the second payment.
What should I pack?
Comfortable yoga clothes, swimwear, a journal, and anything that supports your practice. A full list will be sent before the retreat.
Is there alcohol or caffeine at the retreat?
No alcohol is served. Caffeine is available, but we encourage you to be mindful of what feels best for your body during this experience.
Can I come if I’m pregnant?
Yes, but please check with your doctor first. Let us know in advance so we can tailor the practice to support you safely.
