I love it when a brand reaches out that I truly align with. WelleCo is one of those brands and I am so delighted to get to work with them. WelleCo is co-founded by Elle Macpherson, and when you have someone who is as authentic about her well-being like Elle is, you kinda know this stuff is going to be the real deal. You can tell that Elle is passionate about her health in the most natural way.
WelleCo’s concept is that wellness and beauty comes from within, and I couldn’t agree more. Too many supplements come from hard synthetic capsules, WelleCo gives me confidence that I’m getting everything I need in a totally plant based, natural way. I have a really healthy diet anyway and having been living plant based for two years now and vegetarian for the last ten years. I have large amounts of green leafy veggies at almost every meal and really take care to drink plenty of water. Together with my yogic lifestyle, 99% of the time I am feeling great, energised, nourished and balanced, the only time anything goes out of sync is if I’ve been teaching too much. So for me, alongside a nourishing diet, I need REST.
Six weeks ago I began adding the Super Elixir to my smoothies and juices which I love having as it ensures in the day I have definitely had a good amount of fruit and veg. In the past, any powders I have added to my juices I have found drying, over powering, and not really nice tasting at all. I have found WelleCo an amazing addition as my smoothies still taste delicious and I’m getting a daily intake of the most incredible ingredients on the planet I could ever wish for. I’d say that’s the one thing in six weeks I have really noticed, the amount of people that have been commenting on my “glowy skin” and asking what make up I’m wearing when I am bare faced!
My Super Elixir came with a Nourish recipe book and I have tried out pretty much all of them. In the photos are a raspberry and cacao bowl, a green smoothie bowl and a choc nut sweet treat bowl. They are all so tasty and keep our house’s sweet teeth satisfied too.
