Steffy’s journey with yoga began long before she ever stepped into a teacher training.

At 13, she first learned sun salutations in her parents’ living room with the help of a VHS. Without a real understanding, she was drawn to the practice, which gave her a sense of ease amongst teenage chaos. Later, in drama school, she was guided through morning yoga practices and was introduced to a lifestyle of incorporating many aspects of yoga into her day to day. Yet it wasn’t until her early 20s, during a difficult chapter of her life in London, that yoga revealed itself as something far greater than movement or even as a sanctuary—it became a way of life, a spiritual path of healing, a way back to herself.

This awakening ignited a deep curiosity within her, leading her to India in 2013 for her first teacher training.

What began as a personal quest soon became a lifelong devotion. Over the years, she has traveled across India and beyond, immersing herself in different lineages, trainings and modalities—from the disciplined strength of Ashtanga and Rocket to the quiet depths of Yin and Meditation, the fluid creativity of Mandala Vinyasa and the transformational power of Kundalini.

For nearly a decade, Steffy taught in London’s most well-known studios, guiding students through practices rooted in both tradition and intuition.

Her teaching has taken her across the world, leading retreats since 2015 and sharing yoga as a sacred path of self-remembrance. Now based in Mallorca, she continues to teach globally, holding space for others to return to their own inner wholeness. She believes that yoga is not about perfecting or changing ourselves, but about awakening to the truth that has always been there. And when we come together with open hearts, something truly magical unfolds.

Steffy remains a devoted student of yoga, continuing to rise before the sun for her daily sadhana. She is eternally grateful for the teachers who have shaped her journey and remains dedicated to learning, always evolving along the path.
