Join Steffy for the final moments of the year with a special kundalini experience. This isn’t just a class it’s a mystical journey. A deep dive into kundalini yoga, mudra and mantra, meditation, breath work and intention setting.
A powerful practice that will revitalise the body, soothe the mind and awaken the heart. Let’s wring out the old and bring in the new, together in community.
This is a 2 hour live and recorded online experience. The recording will also be sent to you after the class and is yours to download and return to again. All levels and experience are welcome.
Please note that if you are pregnant you will be asked to miss out some of the exercises and breathing practices. If you have any health concerns or are currently in treatment please consult your health care provider before taking the class.

Temple is an immersive journey of Yoga, meditation, journalling, deep introspection and inspirational discussion. Temple was orginally a LIVE experience but if you missed it you can now access the sessions via these recordings and do it in your own time. Temple includes 4 x 2 hour practices. The practices explore themes around seasons and cycles, love and compassion, goddess energy and the journey of life. When you purchse Temple you will be sent an email with the links to access it all. Once you purchase these recordings, you can download them and revisit them time and time again.
